SSE2_INSTRUCTION_LIST is unchanged, just sorting by the opcode.
Added ucomisd to the SSE2_UNOP_INSTRUCTION_LIST.
The disassembly for these instructions were mixed with some other
special cases, extracted those out into their own clauses.
