The read_only_object_cache call cannot return a vector when it is backed by the embedded heap, so this adds a few methods to abstract this away. ExtendReadOnlyObjectCache will eventually have a check to reject adding objects to the embedded read-only object cache. Prior to this change the read-only object cache would only be extended conditionally if needed. Since it started out empty it was always extended, so this removes this logic. - Remove heap-inl.h includes from places where it looked unnecessary. (This is a non-scientific approach, because it's probably pulled in indirectly anyway.) - Annotate places which include heap-inl.h because they need heap/ internals. - ACCESSORS legitimately needs heap-inl.h because of Heap::FromWritableHeapObject. - Add includes to heap/heap-write-barrier(-inl).h - A bunch of IWYU fixes discovered when working on this CL (includes which were missing because heap-inl.h pulls them in indirectly). Move fixing up Filler objects after deserialization from the StartupDeserializer to the ReadOnlyDeserializer since that's what deserializes the Filler maps. Since only RO_SPACE can contain such objects, skip iterating over all the spaces and just fix them up directly in RO_SPACE. To this end, the PagedSpace code is moved to ReadOnlySpace and the Heap fix up method is removed. In preparation for sharing RO_SPACE between all Isolates within a process, this first pulls RO_SPACE out of the Startup snapshot and puts it in its own ReadOnly snapshot. The snapshot is first populated with the read-only roots. After that the StartupSerializer serializes as before but starting from the first mutable root. References to objects in the ReadOnly snapshot that aren't themselves roots are added to a new cache called ReadOnlyObjectCache which functions like the PartialSnapshotCache but lives in the ReadOnlySerializer rather than the StartupSerializer. These cache entries are referenced using a new bytecode: ReadOnlyObjectCache. (To make room for this, the ApiReference bytecode has been moved). To reduce code duplication, the StartupSerializer has been refactored to create a new base class RootSerializer, which ReadOnlySerializer also subclasses. The base class is responsible primarily for keeping track of already serialized roots and visiting the roots.
