For low-cost exception handling, it's important to be able to quickly drop frames from the stack until reaching the exception handler. The Intel shadow stack offers an instruction to avoid offending stack discipline, incsspq, which drops N values from the stack. This CL integrates that instruction for v8 exception handling.
