Original Commit Message:

    This changes the CompileLazyDeoptimizedCode call to use the standard
    builtin calling sequence, which (for optimized code) creates an
    inlined off-heap trampoline instead of embedding a CODE_TARGET.

    missing only for the case of inlined trampolines.
