When importing a JS function, Wasm tries to guess the type of function (parameters & strict/sloppy mode). This can sometimes fail which leads to re-creation of the wrapper. With this change, the same wrapper can be used for strict and sloppy mode requiring the re-creation only on arity mismatch.
