- Move readFile helper to LogReader.readFile
- Add static BaseArgumentsProcessor.process helper
- Move SourceMap handling to the TickProcessor
- Always skip example file mjsunit/tools/tickprocessor-test-large.js
- Run tickprocessor and dumpcpp tests only in release mode
