When a 8x16 shuffle matches a 32x4 shuffle (every group of 4 indices are consecutive), and the first 2 indices are in the range [0-3], and the other 2 indices are in the range [4-7], then we can match it to a shufps. E.g. [0,2,4,6], [1,3,5,7]. These shuffles are commonly used to extract odd/even floats.
