This is the first step in a series of CLs. The goal is to make
super property access faster.

This CL:
- Add bytecode LdaNamedPropertyFromSuper
- IGNITION_HANDLER just calls Runtime::LoadFromSuper
- JSGenericLowering::LowerJSLoadNamedFromSuper just replaces the node
with a runtime call to Runtime::LoadFromSuper
