Currently if gn check is enabled (with v8/third_party ignored), there are many errors due to headers being used without adding the proper dependency in BUILD.gn (or because it's being used transitively without a public_deps chain). This makes the number of errors go from 2114 to 195. Apart from adding dependencies, it also moves _v8_internal_Node_Print from objects-printer.cc to node.cc so it can see the Node::Print method which wouldn't otherwise be possible without a circular dependency. Also removes the previously deleted compiler/graph-builder-tester.h file. This is likely the major change of the series, as Call nodes are the focus of call reducer (and to a lesser extent other phases like inlining). This CL essentially adds the new input to Call nodes, and updates the rest of the pipeline. As a (fairly large) drive-by, I also introduce the JSCallNode wrapper class and apply it in call reducer. This change, although large, will hopefully make future refactorings *much* easier, since it is now clear where certain assumptions about Call node layout are made. Since we allocate raw zone memory for its inputs right behind the Node object anyway, drop the previously OOB-accessed 1-element array within the Node and use address computation to get to the inputs storage. This is part of the effort to decrease the amount of undefined behavior. that v8 relies on. The main change here is to represent types with class Type rather than with pointer Type*. To make the CL smaller, I used an operator overload hack to separate the change from `->` to `.`. I am working on a CL that will remove the operator and change all those arrows to dots. Enable using BaseWithIndexAndDisplacement addressing mode for an address used by multiple load/stores. It can reduce one instruction to calculate the address and one register to store the address. Node::InputCount() and ::InputAt() have to check for inline/out-of-line inputs every time they are called. The compiler doesn't seem to be very good at caching the result of this check, meaning that it (and all its jumps) would happen for every node access. Previously we would get around this sometimes, by using Node::inputs(), which returned a Node::Inputs iterable over node inputs. However, sometimes node access is more convenient using an index, or we also want to access the count. This patch adds an index accessor and 'count' method to Node::Inputs, and replaces several uses of InputCount and InputAt with this accessor. This reduces the storage per-Node storage from 7 words to 6 and per-edge storage from 6 words to 4. On average this is about 10%-15% space savings over the whole graph. Remove the use of std::deque as the out-of-line storage for inputs. Reduce size of Use links and use pointer arithmetic to find Node from Use. Tail calls are matched on the graph, with a dedicated tail call optimization that is actually testable. The instruction selection can still fall back to a regular if the platform constraints don't allow to emit a tail call (i.e. the return locations of caller and callee differ or the callee takes non-register parameters, which is a restriction that will be removed in the future). Also explicitly limit tail call optimization to stubs for now and drop the global flag.
