Currently attached references are only used for global proxy, source
string and code stubs. Mid-term future we want to use attached
references for arbitrary objects (in fixed order) provided from outside.

This change renames BackReference to SerializerReference to include both
back references and attached references.

Currently we do not check for @@isConcatSpreadable properly. If the Symbol is
set on the Array.prototype or Object.prototype the current fast paths fail.
This CL adds a fix to globally invalidate a isConcatSpreadable_protector.

This is only an estimate since it counts objects that could be shared,
for example strings, cow arrays, heap numbers, etc.

It however ignores objects that could be shared, but may only be used
by the context to be measured, for example shared function infos,
script objects, scope infos, etc.
