As discussed offline, this header is not really useful without its inline definitions. So instead of trying to split it (unnaturally), declare defeat and make it an inline header file. Also remove two unnecessary uses of it, move the JSON stringifier class into its .cc file (because it needs IncrementalStringBuilder inline) and forward declare in prettyprinter.h. Strictly speaking there are some left in api.cc, but they are in deprecated functions with non-deprecated alternatives. Apart from changes made using tooling, this also modifies FieldType::AsClass to return Map* rather than Handle<Map> and converts its call sites to create the Handle when they need it - currently several sites immediately dereference the Handle. Also marks WasmDebugInfo as NeverReadOnlySpaceObject so GetIsolate and GetHeap remain usable. The {WasmSharedModuleData} struct was introduced to hold data common to all wasm instances belonging to the same module. The idea was to keep "internal state" separate from the JS-facing {WasmModuleObject}. Since this objective has no real value, and we already store some internal data on the {WasmModuleObject}, this CL merges these two objects. The interface of {WasmCompiledModule} currently mostly receives and provides handles to the contained data. Other interfaces don't (see {object-macros.h}. This leads to performance and memory overhead for chained accesses like {instance->compiled_module()->shared()->script()}, because intermediate accessors allocate Handles for no reason. It also breaks the constraints that lower-case accessors should be trivial to execute, but allocating a handle is not trivial (should not be done in a loop if not needed). It also silences gcmole errors, as documented in https://crrev.com/c/832268. The existance of an `AllowJavascriptExecutionDebugOnly` scope in `Isolate::ReportPendingMessages()` indicates that the API supports running arbitrary JS code in a `AddMessageListener` callback. Currently, this can fail in debug mode: The `!isolate->external_caught_exception()` condition is checked when entering API methods inside such a handler. However, if there is a verbose `TryCatch` active when the exception occurs, this check fails, and when calling `ToString()` on the exception object leaves a pending exception itself, the flag is re-set to `true`. Fix this problem by clearing the flag and the pending exception if there was one during `ToString()`. This matches the code a few lines up in `messages.cc`, so the exception state is now consistent during the callback. This currently makes a Node.js test fail in debug mode (`parallel/test-error-reporting`). Our first implementation passed the source position as argument to the runtime function, which would then generate an Error object, patch the contained stack trace to point to the position given as argument, and then throw the Error. Since all our paths are now changed to call a builtin with proper source position information, we do not need to patch anything any more. This CL also removes the v8::internal::wasm::testing namespace, which had methods that were defined in wasm-module.h, moving them to be *ForTesting methods on the corresponding WASM heap objects.
