This way we avoid the %_IsSmi magic that is required in TurboFan to (efficiently) check abitrary context slots for smi 0. Checking against "the hole" is common in the AstGraphBuilder and "the hole" is also used to mark other context slots as not initialized. Previously all contexts had a link to the global object, but what is required in most cases (except for the global load, store and delete case) is the native context. This also removes the second dummy global object that was still linked to every native context. We will add a different mechanism to ensure that builtins do not pollute the actual global object during bootstrapping. Drive-by-fix: Unify some MacroAssembler magic and drop obsolete stuff. Replaces the UnboundedQueue (SP/SC) with LockedQueue (MP/MC). This is necessary as we can have multiple tasks (on multiple platform threads) reporting code move events. Note that the sampling queue is not affected by this change. BUG=chromium:524425 LOG=N Review URL: https://codereview.chromium.org/1457483002 Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/master@{#32086}

1) Body descriptors moved to their own header files. 2) Missing body descriptors added. 3) Template versions of HeapObject::Iterate*() methods added. 4) Body descriptors support new kind of queries: IsValidSlot(offset) which can be used for invalid slots filtering. This is a first step towards virtual and static visitors unification and support in-object properties in built-in (sub-)classes. Currently, only @@isConcatSpreadable is marked as well-known, until the correct behaviour is properly specified. It was supposed to be used by the CPU profiler. But as long as these ranges are not built when profiler is not running, once the profiler is started there're no ranges for already compiled functions. So basically this code never worked. As long as now CPU profiler uses another approach this code is no longer needed.
