Overview: - Change basic type hierarchy to split Tagged into StrongTagged (= Object) and and WeakHeapObject. This enables to emit the right CSA types (Object, MaybeObject). - The new Weak<T> type encodes a possibly cleared weak bit pattern that points to type T if it's not cleared. - Make TNode<Object> a subtype of TNode<MaybeObject> so that the generated code compiles on the C++ side. Drive-by change: simplify a few CSA helpers by using MaybeObject as a common supertype of MaybeObject and Object. - Port CreateObjectWithoutProperties and LoadMapPrototypeInfo. The Torque formatter script did a hack to put spaces arount the | of union types. This was broken when the inserted comment ended up on the end of a line. For this reason, and since it doesn't make sense to fight the Google-wide TypeScript style for union types, this CL reverts to not putting spaces around union types. This CL fixes comparison operations that take into account full-word value instead of the lower 32 bits and tweaks some CSA helper functions for smi-corrupting decompression. Replace uses of WordEqual on two tagged representation nodes with a new TaggedEqual helper, which on pointer compressed configs only compares the bottom 32-bits of the word. We no longer allow using WordEqual on anything not known to be a WordT (i.e. Node* or TNode<Object>). In the future, this may allow us to ignore the top bits of an uncompressed Smi, and have simpler decompression, though this patch is not sufficient for such a change. As a necessary drive-by, TNodify a bunch of stuff. Macros are now inaccessible from CSA except if their declaration is marked with the "export" keyword. The implicit field accessors for class fields are always exported. In this CL, unwarranted access from CSA is prevented by appending a pseudo-random suffix to non-exported names. This is to be replaced by something more principled, namely by not including these macros at all in the headers included from CSA. In the process turn the Torque's Arguments type into a real struct and add interoperability with it and CSA's CodeStubArguments. This change is motivated by the desire to include Arguments in structs (e.g. iterators), which is not possible for constexpr fields. In the process, add the bint type (which stands for Best-INTeger), which implements Torque's idea of CSA's ParameterMode. It maps to a different type on 32-bit (Smi) and 64-bit (intptr). There are convert operators that are either no-ops or conversions to-and-from Smi and intptrs on the each platform, depending on the underlying type for bint. This allows Torque code to git most of the benefits of ParameterMode without having to explicitly pass around the mode, since it is almost always OptimalMode anyways. Moving Frame-inspection functionality to Torque is a prerequisite for porting the CSA-based arguments code, which is a great candidate to simplify/cleanup with Torque.
