Adding properties to prototypes is faster when we don't force their
maps into fast mode yet. Once a prototype shows up in the IC system,
its setup phase is likely over, and it makes sense to transition it
to fast properties.
This patch speeds up the microbenchmark in the bug by 20x.
Octane-Typescript sees a 3% improvement.

With the recent spec change removing the [[Enumerate]] internal method, we now
have to walk the complete prototype chain. This implies that we call the
[[GetPrototypeOf]] trap on proxies.

As a secondary change we now trigger the [[GetOwnProperty]] trap for the for-in
filter step to see whether the properties are still enumerable. Before we did this
in the key-accumulation phase. This way we slightly reduce the number of traps
invoked. Whilst this is not ideal, it comes closer to the Spec's example
implementation.

Generally we only care whether the next object is a hidden prototype.
It's simpler to check whether the current object has a hidden prototype
instead of walking to the next prototype and checking its map.

Creating proto-recursive proxies might lead to instanceof while-looping
endlessly in Object::HasInPrototypeChain (For traps we already have stack
guards in place to prevent stack overflows). We prevent this by limiting
the number of proxies we visit in PrototypeIterator to a magic large number.

We can no longer just walk the prototype chain without doing proper access-checks. When installing a proxy as the __proto__ of the global object we might accidentally end up invoking cross-realm code without access-checks (see proxies-cross-realm-ecxeption.js).

The new pattern is that we first get the map of the root of the
prototype chain using Object::GetMapRoot() and then walk up the
prototype chain using Map::prototype().
