Fixes BytecodeArray::ClearFrameCacheFromSourcePositionTable when used
with lazy source positions.  This fixes
cctest/test-serialize/CachedCompileFunctionInContext when used with
--enable-lazy-source-positions and --stress-lazy-source-positions.
