- builtins-ic.cc takes the place of the AccessorAssembler shim
- AccessorAssemblerImpl can then be renamed
- some cleanup in code-factory.cc
- drop old _TF name suffixes
- fix Generate##Name##Impl in TF_BUILTIN macro
