addressing mode, pt.2

Compiler generates the below instructions for compressed pointer:

  [ DecompressTaggedPointer
  movl r8,[r8+0x13]
  REX.W addq r8,r14
  ]
  addl [r8+0x7],0xe6

This CL optimize the pointer decompression by using complex
addressing mode in x64:

  movl r8,[r8+0x13]
  addl [r14+r8*1+0x7],0xe6
