This will be thrown during array allocations if the requested size is
larger than kV8MaxWasmArrayLength.

Additional changes:
- In test-gc.cc, add the possibility to check against the trap message
  in CheckHasThrown.
- Small reorganization of WasmGCTester in test-gc.cc.
