Summary of work done:
* Simplify complicated CompareAndBranch instructions
* Mark BC1EQZ and BC1NEZ as compact branches in simulator
* Remove unneeded nops for BC1EQZ and BC1NEZ
* Block trampolines for delay slot of BC1T and BC1F
