      doc/t2h: use container · 441d15b7
      Josh de Kock authored
      Full width text is really difficult to read, this makes it more
      more legible on larger (widescreen) screens. It also means we aren't
      inventing our own container instead of using the bootstrap one.

      It adds the following header to the HTML files:
      <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
      which helps some browsers to display correctly the few non-ASCII
      characters in the doc.

      doc: modify style for texi2html 1.78+ · 5231d627
      Janne Grunau authored
      The generated HTML files are similar to the ones generated with
      texi2html 1.56k used on the website.

      Tested with texi2html 1.78 and 5.0. 1.78 is the minimal recommended
      version.

      The removed @sp from the titlepage section were ignored until
      texi2html 5.0. If not removed the pages generated by 5.0 will have ugly
      empty space around the title.
