Some tests passed a string as second argument to assertThrows, expecting it to be matched against the exception. However, assertThrows simply ignored these. (Some other tests actually seem to use that argument as a comment ...) This CL - changes assertThrows to fail if the second argument is not a function, - adds assertThrowsEquals which compares the exception to a given value using assertEquals - fixes some bogus tests that got exposed by this. We must print "[object Array]" for proxies that satisfy Array.isArray. Cosmetic change on the side: move ObjectProtoToString from JSObject to Object since it deals with arbitrary objects. Updates Object.prototype.toString() to use algorithm described in harmony drafts. Currently, the behaviour is essentially the same as ES262's version, however this changes when internal structures such as Promise make use of symbolToStringTag (as they are supposed to, see v8:3241), and changes further once Symbol.toStringTag is exposed publicly.
