These tests unnecessarily rely on the `//# sourceURL` annotation. This is preparatory work to eventually move the treatment of `sourceURL` to the DevTools front-end. Inspector will no longer report per-function wasm scripts or provide wasm disassembly. Locations in wasm are now consistently reported through the inspector API as lineNumber=0 columnNumber=byte offset in module. Currently the inspector reports Wasm in one of two ways: - If there is a source map, report one script per Wasm script, with bytecode but no source. - If there is no source map, report one script per Wasm function, with source (Wasm disassembly) but no bytecode. With this change, behavior with source map is same, but without source map it will report both ways. This will allow us to change the frontend to do its own disassembly, allowing us to remove the per-function scripts in a future change. We noticed that almost every call site were loading both files, the split isn't necessary anymore. In some message tests, removed the absolute line number to allow future changes. This refactoring makes it easier to write advanced tests and gives full control over what's happening to the test code. It also forces description for every test. BUG=none Review-Url: https://codereview.chromium.org/2891213002 Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/master@{#45412}

If the imported wasm function is being debugged (i.e. redirects to the interpreter), call it via the JS_TO_WASM stub, such that we can disable the breakpoint later by patching the exported function. This also contains a drive-by fix in wasm-translation.cc (for the case that all known positions are bigger than the requested one).
