Allocate feedback vectors lazily when the function's interrupt budget has reached a specified threshold. This cl introduces a new field in the ClosureFeedbackCellArray to track the interrupt budget for allocating feedback vectors. Using the interrupt budget on the bytecode array could cause problems when there are closures across native contexts and we may delay allocating feedback vectors in one of them causing unexpected performance cliffs. In the long term we may want to remove interrupt budget from bytecode array and use context specific budget for tiering up decisions as well. 1. Replaces --crankshaft with --opt in tests. 2. Also fixes presubmit to check for --opt flag when assertOptimized is used. 3. Updates testrunner/local/variants.py and v8_foozie.py to use --opt flag. This would mean, nooptimize variant means there are no optimizations. Not even with %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall. The current usage of this runtime function is broken as it does not prevent inlining of the affected function but rather bails out from the whole unit of compilation after trying to inline affected functions. Currently, when a long series of removable simulates are merged, we do this by merging them one by one as we find them. As we merge the value value lists of the simulates, those lists snowball so that we get a quadratic complexity wrt runtime and memory consumption. Instead, we gather simulates that need to be merged, and merge them backwards starting from the last simulate. In the shell sample don't print the result of executing a script, only evaluating expressions. Fixed issue when building samples on Windows using a shared V8 library. Added visibility option on Linux build which makes the generated library 18% smaller. Changed build system to accept multiple build modes in one build and generate seperate objects, libraries and executables for each mode. Removed deferred negation optimization (a * -b => -(a * b)) since this visibly changes operand conversion order. Improved parsing performance by introducing stack guard in preparsing. Without a stack guard preparsing always bails out with stack overflow. git-svn-id: http://v8.googlecode.com/svn/branches/bleeding_edge@16 ce2b1a6d-e550-0410-aec6-3dcde31c8c00
