c++17 is being enabled on some platforms: https://crrev.com/c/3306812 which causes gcc to emit the following warning: ``` error: null argument where non-null required (argument 2) memcpy(storage_ + kReturnCount, param_types.data(), ~~~~~~^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ``` Unlike clang, gcc is not able to detect if memcpy is actually being executed or not when src is NULL: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22179 Therefore need to disable this warning at this location. This is a reland of b9ddcbc8 The original CL was reverted due to an MSAN issue, that is fixed by moving the signature mapping onto the Isolate (instead of having per-thread storage, which got invalid on multithreaded compilation). This replaces all typedefs that define types and not functions by the equivalent "using" declaration. This was done mostly automatically using this command: ag -l '\btypedef\b' src test | xargs -L1 \ perl -i -p0e 's/typedef ([^*;{}]+) (\w+);/using \2 = \1;/sg' Patchset 2 then adds some manual changes for typedefs for pointer types, where the regular expression did not match. Adds support for loading from and storing to outer context variables. Also adds support for declaring functions on contexts and locals. Finally, fixes a couple of issues with StaContextSlot where we weren't emitting the write barrier and therefore would crash in the GC. Also added code so that --print-bytecode will output the function name before the bytecodes, and replaces MachineType with StoreRepresentation in RawMachineAssembler::Store and updates tests. Add MachineSignature, which is an encapsulation of the machine types for parameters and return values in a graph. This utility will be used to simplify Linkage and fix representation inference to work with graphs where parameters and return values are something other than tagged. It will also make testing representation inference a lot easier, since we can then exactly nail down the machine types of parameters and returns. This CL also adds c-signature.h, which demonstrates how to convert C function signatures into MachineSignatures. The CSignatures will be used in tests to make it easier and simpler to codegen tests.
