Fix evaluation order of GT and LTE operators. · ac712f13

According to the ES5 spec all ">" and "<=" expressions should be be
evaluated left-to-right. This obsoletes old hacks for reversing the
order to be ES3 compliant.

Ensure that ToPrimitive is called on all objects involved in comparisons <, <=, >, >=. Ensures that ToPrimitive is called when comparing an object to undefined. Fixes bugs on all platforms.

Avoid divisions when doing Math.min(0, 0).
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26978 has been
filed to fix inconsistencies between JSC and V8.
