- Add d8.file.read() and d8.file.execute() helpers
- Change tools and tests to use new d8.file helper
- Unify error throwing in v8::Shell::ReadFile

This CL adds more stress-tests for both shared array buffers and
WebAssembly memories. Because of an existing memory leak that will
be fixed in upcoming CLs, some new tests are disabled.
