1. Add test to ensure none of the array contains undefined 2. Calculate the fixed array size by considering the code may filter out some itmes returned by ICU. 3. Add test to check there are no undefined. 4. Add test to check the locale.timeZones return sorted array. 5. Also refactor the JSArray generation code. These are no longer needed now that JS builtins have been fully removed. The internal match usage in assert.js has been replaced by a custom miniparser. The internal replace use in various string builtins was replaced by manual global string replacement in a runtime function. With certain ICU data bundles (such as the Node.js "small-icu"), %GetDefaultICULocale() may return a more specific language tag (e.g. "en-US") than what's available (e.g. "en"). In those cases, consider the more specific language tag supported. This CL also resolves the following Node.js issue: https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/15223 Bug: v8:7024 Cq-Include-Trybots: luci.v8.try:v8_linux_noi18n_rel_ng Change-Id: Ifda0776b3418734d5caa8af4e50c17cda95add73 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/668350 Commit-Queue: Daniel Ehrenberg <littledan@chromium.org> Reviewed-by:

ECMA 402 v2 made Intl constructors more strict in terms of how they would initialize objects, refusing to initialize objects which have already been constructed. However, when Chrome tried to ship these semantics, we ran into web compatibility issues. This patch tries to square the circle and implement the simpler v2 object semantics while including a compatibility workaround to allow objects to sort of be initialized later, storing the real underlying Intl object in a symbol-named property. The new semantics are described in this PR against the ECMA 402 spec: https://github.com/tc39/ecma402/pull/84 BUG=v8:4360, v8:4870 LOG=Y Review-Url: https://codereview.chromium.org/2582993002 Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/master@{#41943}

Nothing too important, but it helps localizing the cause of an error much faster. By the way, I also changed the output for assertThrows and assertDoesNotThrow a bit. All new arguments are optional, so everything is backwards compatible.
