This implements the spec change in https://github.com/tc39/ecma262/pull/2164 Making TA elements configurable has interaction with delete. While the elements are configurable, they are only "deletable" via detaching the underlying ArrayBuffer, not via `delete`. That is, `delete ta[idx]` for an in-bounds `idx` still returns false. This is purely a renaming change. The ES spec uses the term 'detach' for the process of removing the backing store of a typed array, while V8 uses the historical term 'neuter'. Update our internal implementation, including method names and flag names, to match the spec. Note that some error messages still use the term 'neuter' since error messages are asserted by some embedder tests, like layout tests. We don't need to check for neutered array buffers unless at least one JSArrayBuffer has been neutered (i.e. detached in TC39 speak). Functions like DataView.prototype.getUint8 should have length 1, and DataView.prototype.setUint8 should have length 2, as their endianness arguments are optional. Additionally, TypedArray.prototype.set.length should be 2. This follows the ES2015 specification, and a new test262 test tests for it. This patch fixes the functions' lengths. This patch switches TypedArrays to use the prototype chain described in the ES2015 specification, which adds a %TypedArray% superclass above all individual TypedArray types. Most methods are defined on the superclass rather than the subclasses. In order to prevent a performance regression, a few methods are marked as inline. Inlining might prevent code which was previously monomorphic from becoming polymorphic, and it was specifically applied in places where methods became more polymorphic than before. Tests with realistic workloads would be nice to do before this ships in stable. This patch does not bring TypedArrays up to full spec compliance. In particular, @@species is not yet supported. ES6 does not prescribe it, but both Blink and Firefox have it. Also does a small rename of parameter in test. R=bmeurer@chromium.org Review URL: https://codereview.chromium.org/19562002 git-svn-id: http://v8.googlecode.com/svn/branches/bleeding_edge@15712 ce2b1a6d-e550-0410-aec6-3dcde31c8c00

Further refinement to semantics that I have missed in previous change. Both Blink and Firefox are permissive with arguments to .set method. However, when first argument to "set" is a number, all implementations throw, so that users know that a.set(0,27) does not assign 27 to 0th element of a, not 0 to 27th element of a.
