[wasm][fuzzer] Make ClusterFuzz recognise OOM exceptions

Sometimes the second Wasm instantiation fails because we run out of
memory. This raises a RangeError, which is not recognized by ClusterFuzz
as OOM.
Thus turn it into a proper OOM crash.
