[wasm] Add event for js-to-wasm wrapper compilation

Within "ExecuteCompilationUnits", we now have separate events for
baseline compilation and top-tier compilation. But there is still a
larger chunk that is not reflected in the default "v8.wasm" category
yet: wrapper compilation.
This CL adds a trace event for that.
