Revert "Reimplement Object.entries/values as CSA to optimize performance."

This reverts commit d30a8fa9.

Reason for revert: no-snap test failures here

You need to update the whitelist in src/debug/debug-evaluate.cc.
I'm a bit surprised this only happens in no-snap builds.
