.. and update old entries:

- Remove --no-untrusted-code-mitigations (flag no longer exists)
- Make --stress-concurrent-inlining-attach-code less likely since it
  mostly overlaps with --stress-concurrent-inlining and there haven't
  been many reports in this are lately.
